{"id":149,"date":"2016-10-03T20:32:16","date_gmt":"2016-10-03T20:32:16","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/cedrawood.com\/2016test\/?p=149"},"modified":"2025-04-21T07:27:22","modified_gmt":"2025-04-21T13:27:22","slug":"wish-you-were-here","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/cedrawood.com\/work\/wish-you-were-here\/","title":{"rendered":"WISH YOU WERE HERE"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In October of 2013, I was invited to Idaho by the <a href=\"http:\/\/sunvalleycenter.org\/\">Sun Valley Center for the Arts<\/a> to create a project about tourism and the American road trip, specifically as they relate to Sun Valley. After a period spent visiting local cultural institutions and sites around Ketchum, Sun Valley, and Hailey, I made twelve paintings showcasing some of the more unusual juxtapositions I encountered as a tourist.
